    Hi Choir, I am very proud of the way you conduct yourself at North Vista Secondary last Saturday. Keep up the good work. Take lots of rest, water, practices, do your sit-ups. Don't eat oily or heaty food, don't scream, don't get sick. We are only 3 weeks to SYF. Do keep up the good standard you have been conducting. Good Luck.
